What area in Florida does our team mainly focus on?

Our real estate team services Southwest Florida coastal cities starting as far north as Tampa to as far south as Charlotte County. However, our main areas of focus for our Israeli investors are North Port, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda since these areas are experiencing tremendous growth and significantly lower housing prices with strong rental income. 

 

What kind of properties do we recommend?

We recommend 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, new construction, or newly remodeled single-family homes between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet that come with an attached garage with a cost between $300,000 and $350,000 located in the sought-after areas of North Port, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda located in Sarasota and Charlotte County.


How do I transfer my money from Israel to the United States?

We work closely with a trusted world-leading cross-border payments provider that operates in both Israel and the United States. We have also negotiated competitive exchange rates to significantly reduce your fees so more of your hard-earned money goes towards your investment.

 

How do I get to see the home if I am not physically in Florida, and I am still in Israel?

We have several ways to show homes virtually. We do virtual showings using FaceTime on your iPhone or the Google Duo app if you are using an Android device. When possible we recommend connecting with an iPad or Tablet to get a better showing experience. We can also record video walkthroughs and upload them to YouTube. 

 

 

How do I start the process of buying an investment property in Florida?
